Abbey Trails 5K Run/2 Mile Walk supports positive health practices as a part of an everyday healthy lifestyle here on our campus and through the local communities. We hope to continue this celebration of health and wellness for years to come, helping to guide future generations towards a lifetime of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
By sponsoring this year's event, you are not only supporting the event but have an extraordinary opportunity to promote your own business or organization to our almost 200 annual participants!
Health Fair (ONLY) // FREE
Includes: Advertisement on t-shirt and booth space at the health fair.
Corporate Challenge Team (ONLY) // Registration Fees
Sponsor your employees new years health initiatives by paying for all or a portion of their event registration fees ($20 early, $30 late) and entering them to compete with other area businesses in our Corporate Challenge.
Corporate Challenge Sponsor // $100
Includes: Advertisement on t-shirt, opportunity to include items in participant packets, and 2 participant registrations ($5.00 off any additional participants).
Mile Marker Sponsor // $250
Includes: Advertisement on t-shirt, ad at sponsored mile marker, opportunity to include items in participant packets, 5 participant registrations ($5.00 off any additional participants), and booth space at the health fair.
Major Event Sponsor // $500
Includes: Top advertisement placement on t-shirt, sponsorship recognition throughout the event, opportunity to include items in participant packets, 10 participant registrations ($5.00 off any additional participants), and booth space at the health fair.
Title Event Sponsor // $1,000

The Run Down
We ask all vendors/booths at the health fair to provide health related information, samples and/or services. One table and two chairs will be provided by Conception Abbey. Please let us know if your booth needs more tables, chairs, or electricity.
We invite you as a sponsor to enjoy the free brunch. This will be set up when you arrive so please feel free to help yourself when you have time. It is taken down soon after the award ceremony.
The run/walk starts at 9:00 AM with runner/walker registration starting at 7:30 AM. There will be someone around by 7:00 AM if you want to get set up for the early arrivals. Abbey Trails has around 300 participants so we would like to give you this chance to get your name out to the public.
