Business Office Assistant
Conception Abbey is looking for a full-time Business Office Assistant to perform various administrative tasks. This person should have a keen eye for detail, strong math skills, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of MS Excel and Word. They must be trustworthy and discreet. Tasks include processing invoices/checks, bank reconciliations, clerical filing, receiving/transferring phone calls, and communicating with a variety of customers.

Marketing Coordinator, Altar + Home
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role includes managing social media channels, assisting with content creation, organizing promotional activities, and analyzing market trends to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

Nurse's Aide
The Infirmary seeks a part-time nurse's aide to work weekend day shifts in the infirmary, ranging from 16-32 hours every two weeks, depending on applicant interest.
Must be a team player who can work well with others. Experience preferred, but will train if necessary. Partial benefits are available.
We offer a fun work environment and peaceful surroundings. With a smaller 14-bed facility, the resident-to-staff ratio is lower than in a traditional nursing home. Enjoy the rewarding work of caring for our residents.
