Library to host annual book sale

CONCEPTION, Mo. — The Library staff at Conception Abbey and Seminary College has scheduled their annual book sale for Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6. This event supports the library’s mission to provide the highest quality resources for the education of our future priests.

The proceeds of this year’s book sale will go toward new online resources and other renovation projects.

This event will include thousands of books. Fiction includes detective and suspense, espionage, romance, historical, legal, and more. Nonfiction subjects include history, health, cooking, humor, social issues, politics, art & architecture, psychology, philosophy, religion, spirituality, and more.

Most of the books are donations without library markings. The sale will also include CDs and DVDs.

The sale will be in St. Michael’s Hall gymnasium from 1-6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Most items will be $2 on Saturday, and $1 on Sunday. Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted.
