Since we are physical, intellectual, and spiritual beings, we here at Conception Abbey acknowledge exercise as an important factor in maintaining a balanced and healthy life. One of the ways we do that is through our annual Abbey Trails event.

Next year’s Abbey Trails is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2017. For more information on Abbey Trails contact Jenny Huard at (660) 944-2823, or by e-mail at jhuard@conception.edu.
