Lettering the Word: A Calligraphy Refresher Retreat

A weekend refresher weekend for individuals who have already taken the introductory “Lettering the Word” retreat given each year on Memorial Day weekend and again in August. This retreat continues the Lectio Divina practices, reviews the Foundational hand, and introduces the retreatant to the use of ink and dip pens (provided). Limited to 12 persons. Materials fee $25. Prerequisite: annual “Lettering the Word” retreat. Begins at 7:45 p.m. on Friday and runs through lunch on Sunday. $50 deposit required, not refundable after October 11. Retreat fees for lodging and meals: $180 for single accommodations, $150 per person for double accommodations.
