Bro. William to head Printery House Abbot Gregory Polan announced Sept. 1 that Brother William Buchholz is the new director of the Printery House.
“It is the sincere desire of both myself and the monastic community that we have
a monk to provide the leadership and direction of the Printery House,” the Abbot said.
“This speaks loudly of the monastery’s commitment to the apostolate of the Christian
printed word and its investment in this vital part of our community’s service to the Church.”Brother William, who recently completed his master’s degree in business administration at Notre Dame University, oversaw the contract work of the Basilica Renewal Project as “clerk of the works.” “He is young and bright, a solid member of our community, and someone I feel confident will bring a clear monastic presence to the Printery House,” Abbot Gregory said. During the basilica renewal “he showed a genuine and sincere commitment to the well-being of those working under his direction.
